Bubble Chart of The Day: The U.S. Stock Market and The Chicago Fed National Financial Conditions Index

"Financial conditions" as indicated by the Chicago Fed National Financial Conditions Index (NFCI) keeps going nowhere but down (indicating financial conditions that are looser than average). Meanwhile, stock prices continue to rise.

These days, stock prices have never been higher and financial conditions as measured by the NFCI have never been better in the U.S. "You wanna be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy" are the wise words from Warren Buffett. This is not the time to be greedy (on the upside) in my opinion.
